Hannah Brown is a journalist, photographer and filmmaker whose work focuses on human rights, environmental justice and stories that hold power to account. Hannah graduated with a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography from the University of the Arts London. Her final project was a multimedia investigative piece examining how the Maltese authorities ‘weaponise’ time in the ‘migration crisis’.

Hannah has experience covering breaking news stories and working with many organisations, including the Refugee Council UK, Save the Children (CUBIC), UNFPA Mauritius, Eco-Sud (Mauritius) and Slums Going Green and Clean (Nairobi, Kenya).

Hannah is currently an intern in Graphic Design and Communications with UNICEF for Sustainability.
